    One of the features of this website that I've never liked is that it cancels orders automatically if we do not log on and see it within a certain time. I HATE that, and if I were the customer it would really bug me too. Unfortunately, it's on the end of the website producer and I can't stop it. I've suggested to a customer to call in if that happens, but if they don't check their email, they won't know it's cancelled and they need to call. I apologize for this. I wish I could fix it.     Thanks, Darlene. We spoke with Randy earlier in the week and promised to refund his charges, and still bring you the poinsettia as soon as our poinsettias come in from the grower this week. I thought we had that understanding when the order was placed, but perhaps I didn't understand. Had I known this, we would have rejected the order altogether. We strive for quality, and going out to Kroger or Home Depot to buy our plants, as many of the florists do, is simply not up to our standards. I hope you understand. We will see you one day this week!

    I'm sorry for the confusion. Notice, under store hours, that we are open for call-in orders, or by appointment, at all times. We are eager to work with you, and we can discuss our specific availability when you call. We do, however, value quality time with our families, and strive to provide a healthy work environment for our staff. In keeping with these family values, we feel that Our staff should be allowed Thanksgiving off to be with their families, or to do what I did, which was lie in bed all day, watch re-runs of Frazier and eat Chips Ahoy. By the way, we will be closed Christmas also.
