    Went here to get a wristlet corsage for my daughter’s Homecoming Dance at Largo High School. I was able to pick out the exact flowers to match my daughter’s dress and then pick it up the next day. It was amazing and fit her wrist perfectly! The flowers were so fresh and they have tons of colors. The two girls working were so nice. Definitely recommend this shop for flowers.

    A big thank you to Kam. I contacted her from France late on on a Saturday for a rush order for a funeral the next day Sunday. With very little time she took the order, called the funeral home to make sure they could be delivered. Prior to this I called over 15 florists in the area aand everyone said not possible.     A long overdue of a wonderful experience. After ordering flowers all the way from NY we received a picture that didn’t seem quite like the picture of what was ordered. I called the shop and spoke to the manager. She went above and beyond to get to the bottom of the problem, even going to the funeral home.     I was happy to be able to purchase two bouquets at a reasonable price and on short notice considering the time of year, around mother's day. My sister, who picked them up, said the store had an inviting, celebratory atmosphere, and friendly staff, that her and her daughter appreciated. My neice is 4 years old ... It was about a week later she spotted the story and excitedly exclaimed, "mommy look! The flower place"! The tea cup for mom design however, came in a yellow cup instead of pink, and a markedly different flower arrangement, and had some bruising on the main flower. But it's acceptable

    The delivery was very quick and I am sure the flowers were nice since I have ordered from Flowerama before. I was just a bit disappointed that since my friend was moved and was not able to receive the flowers that no refund/credit could be offered. I understand that I entered into an agreement and it wasn't Flowerama's fault that the flowers could not be delivered. It was just unfortunate.

    Spoke to sender on the phone, flowers were delivered on correct day to the correct address. Woman who accepted the flowers was not home at the time of delivery, but was kind and honest enough to call and inform us that the woman who the flowers were for no longer lived at that address. From there, we contacted the sender to inform them that they had an old address and offered them options to move forward.

    I ordered flowers for my wedding. And of course everything looked amazing! I picked up my order and got home and realized the flowers I ordered weren't the same colors as the others. Without hesitation, they replaced my flowers so they would all match. At no charge! The staff is always on point and very friendly. The last thing I needed was a mistake the night before my big day.
